NLRB’s Joint Employer Rule Could Harm Seniors, Republicans Say

Thank you Sens. Braun, Scott, Ricketss and Rubio for standing up for seniors and long term care facilities. At a time when older Americans are already struggling under rising inflation and high healthcare costs, the #JobKillingJointEmployer will only cause more uncertainty.

“Under the rule, long-term care organizations would face expanded liability for their contracts with other service providers and the accompanying high regulatory costs would introduce considerable uncertainty for the aging community,” said the Senators in a letter addressed to NLRB Chair Lauren McFerran.
