Restaurants and restaurant service providers will be severely hurt by the  #JobKillingJointEmployer rule. Here’s a few ways it will hurt the industry:  

  1. It dramatically increases the liability risks between business owners and service providers. 
  2. It could force restaurant operators to be jointly liable for violations committed by an entity with which they have a business relationship.
  3. It reduces opportunities for restaurant ownership and independence.
