New D.C. regulation spells trouble for Ohio small businesses

“Owning a small business has always been hard, but it is getting more and more difficult thanks to our overactive federal government.

The latest example is the National Labor Relation Board’s Joint Employer Rule, which threatens to overturn one of the most successful engines of small business in Ohio – franchises. The U.S. House voted last week to strike this rule down. Now it heads to the Senate next month for another vote.”
