Small Business Owners Set To Speak Before the Senate Against NLRB

A group of small business owners is set to speak before the Senate about the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) today, arguing that a key ruling by the board has significantly hurt their businesses.
The board issued a controversial ruling last year that franchisors are now considered joint-employers with their individual franchisees.
